Special Order Items are sold under a Final Sale policy. They are not eligible for return.

Vouchers earned with reward points (not Gift Certificates) may only be used on full priced items. Reward Vouchers may not be combined with any other coupon codes or discount offers.
Return Policy
Effective Immediately, all Cloth Diapers fall under a FINAL SALE Policy
If you wish to make a return please contact our email so we can try to work things out and/or authorize the return.
Unauthorized returns will not be dealt with. Authorized returns will be granted STORE CREDIT ONLY
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return amount of credit will be for current price listing of returned product.
For store credit item must be new in box & unused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Any issue dealing with defects, function, or craftsmanship is dealt with by the manufacturer directly.
All returns must be authorized, and if granted will be fulfilled after the returned item is received and inspected.
In-store returns require a receipt
Canceled online orders fall under the STORE CREDIT ONLY policy. Bundled items must be returned as the original bundle, unopened, with all original packaging.
